Robert von Hoffmann founded VH Standard Asset Management in 2023 and is the portfolio manager. Prior to VH Standard, he worked at Alpine Associates as a research analyst and specialized in Merger Arbitrage with a focus on downside risk analysis. Robert earned his M.B.A. with concentrations in Finance and Executive Management and a B.A. in Economics from Marist College. He also earned an M&A Certificate from Columbia Business School.
